Nile Seguin
Nile Seguin is one of Canada’s funniest comedians. He’s appeared on the critically acclaimed The Beaverton as well as People of Earth, Kim’s Convenience and The Expanse. He’s also known as Alister on the award nominated sitcom Second Jen.
Nile has performed at the Just for Laughs Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. A three time Canadian Comedy Award nominee, he was also nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for his writing on CBC’s Still Standing.

Ali Hassan
Ali Hassan is a stand-up comic and actor as well as the host of Laugh Out Loud on CBC Radio and SiriusXM, on which he wrangles top Canadian comedians for a listenership of over 1 million people.
Previously the Lead Comedy Panelist on George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight, Ali can be seen on television now with recurring roles on Man Seeking Woman (FX), Odd Squad (PBS Kids), Game On (YTV), and the upcoming CTV mini-series Cardinal.
Ali has also acted in the films Breakaway, French Immersion and GOON. He brings ten years of experience performing stand-up comedy internationally. Ali has performed at both the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and JFL42 in Toronto, the Amman Stand-Up Comedy Festival in Jordan, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the UK. |

Dave Hemstad
Born and raised in Thornhill, Ontario, Dave Hemstad was an Academic All-American golfer who was struck by lightning during a tournament, which significantly altered his career path! Since then, Dave has been performing stand-up comedy and sharing laughs around the world.
Dave is a regular and favourite on CBC’s The Debaters and has written for CBC’s Still Standing and for the 2016 Canadian Screen Awards. He has taped numerous gala sets at Just For Laughs, the Halifax Comedy Festival, and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, as well as his own Comedy Now! special. His newly released comedy album “Dad Intentions” is available online. |
