Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia have a significant impact on people and society. In 2020, 8.4% of Canadians over 65 had some form of dementia. By 2050, this number is expected to rise to more than 13%. The money raised through the Walk goes to support those living with dementia and their caregivers.
When you walk for Alzheimer’s, you join thousands of Canadians who are sending a message of hope to people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
