What is changing with regards to paper delivery?
As of December 1, 2021 a $15 annual fee will be charged for paper delivery.

What information do I need to set up an Online Access Account?
All you need is your client account number, loan or policy number and your postal code.

How quickly is my account viewable once I am registered?
Once registered, you can see your information right away.

Can I still access all my monthly/ quarterly statements?
Yes, your statements will be posted at the same time as it would normally be mailed. You will also benefit from being able to access past statements from here – up to 7 years!
